Zone of Enders 3
Hideo Kojima wants to make Zone of Enders 3 available at all platforms but he lacks sufficient manpower to work on the project, he revealed during an interview at Spike Video Game Awards.

Kojima Productions are facing a bit of problem arranging enough manpower that could take on the task of finishing the game in time. Kojima while answering the question mentioned that:

We want to make that game as well, the only thing is that we don’t have staff who are able to work on that game.

Kojima revealed that they have a well set environment where they can easily use the FOX Engine but the problem at hand is sufficient workforce that could assist in finishing the game on time.

To those that are unfamiliar with the name Fox Engine, Fox Engine is Kojima Productions newest proprietary engine that has the capability of developing any multiplatform game.

Although now this engine is not associated with any of the games released. Kojima also revealed that he was currently implying his main concern in making the HD ports for Zone of the Enders on Xbox 360 and Playstation 3.
