On the Animus Island up the hill, there are pillars that act as portals. There are five of these Desmond Memories and to unlock each, you require set number of Animus Data Fragments – Which you will find throughout the Constantinople scattered around the rooftops.
Come back to the portals area when you have collected these Animus Data Fragments and unlock each memory. Once you have unlocked a certain Desmond Memory, you can play it to sync 100%. There are five Assassins Creed Revelations Desmond Memories and you can sync them 100% for five achievements/trophies.

Assassins Creed Revelations Desmond Memories
Desmond Memory Sequence #1
Move forward through the hallway and through the door. Jump down to the platforms below go straight and then left. Go through and press the button which will open the door. Go through and down the hall and then you’ll come across stairs, go up the stairs. You’ll see a switch nearby that can activate another door.
Go through this door then take a left and up the platform. After that you have to jump across the gap in front of you. In the next room go straight and to the back of this room until you reach a giant tower which is at the center you will see a way down.
Jump down to see elevator type platforms. Ride this elevator to the top and then go to the next room. Then jump down. Go through the blocks which are glowing then use the elevator to the top. Here you will see another switch, press it.
Go across the blocks and then ride the next elevator to activate a switch. Ride the elevator to the top and then go across the some blocks and enter the gateway. Doing this will grant you the ability of creating blocks. You can create a rectangle block or a wedge block that goes upward and you can have maximum 3 blocks at a time if you try to make the fourth block the first will perish.
In the next room make a block path that goes around the floating data blocks. The easy way to go down is to make blocks below you and descend. When you get through go left and make wedge blocks to reach the path above you. In the next room use the wedge blocks again to go up and across and you’ll reach the first area of the puzzle again. Go through the gateway and you will have your achievement for finishing the dream.
Desmond Memory Sequence #2
Upon arriving in the first room, make wedge blocks and go up to the opening on your back side. Try to get up quick due to strong winds blowing the blocks away. The easy way to and ride a block with the air pressure all the way to the top.
In the next room make more wedge blocks to go up. In the next room make wedge blocks to go over the two streams and then drop down. Make your way through the next stream before the stream widens and do another drop down.
The next room introduces orange barriers which stops any blocks from being made in that area. Upon reaching the end of the room drop into the hole and do a drop to reach a passageway. Place a block and ride it to the bottom because wind travels down here. Walk to the end of the room and take a left to reach another downward blowing area.
Try to reach the top and take a left after making some blocks you’ll reach a hall with a giant eye. Make a few wedge blocks to go up and then left.
Go right and place a block to go up. You have to do this to pass the orange section. Once you are at a height you can cross the section and make blocks on the other side. You can’t place blocks as soon as you’re on the other side so drop down and do a drop and place when you are out of the orange section and reach the platform. Avoiding the data towers go down by riding a block downward due to air pressure.
In the next room place another block to rise up above the orange section. Do a drop at the end of the room and place a block as soon as you’re below the section. In the next room progress forward and be careful of the data towers. Jump the platforms and go down the hole in the next room. Make block paths to help circumvent the data. In the last room make a path using blocks and go into the gate and you will have your achievement for finishing the dream.
Desmond Memory Sequence #3
In the first room make a path across and take a left. Do a drop in the next room and move forward till the point you have passed the orange section then tart building blocks. Now you have to press the switch, make a path up into the rafters and walk across past the orange section. Make a block path up to hit the switch that opens a door on the opposite side. Make a block path to the rafters then go to the middle. Jump across the gap and make a block path to the open door and go left.
In the next room make a path when the orange barrier is moving away from you and get to the other side. The next room you have to build a platform and wait for the barrier to pass so that you can make a block path again.
On the other side make a block in the data river and the wind will blow you towards it. Do a drop and get underneath. Make a path to the island blocks. You have to make a path to the next section and then just to your right. Go up the stairs and then down the hole and do a drop..
The next room has a lot of orange section but they move slower make your way through. In the next room there are two barriers so make a path when the top one is moving away from you over the bottom one and when the top barrier disintegrates your block. Do a drop and place a block and move on. In the next section there is the barrier again pass through it easily.
The last one has one barrier moving vertically while the back one moves back and forth. Make it across the last gap and go through the door and you’ll get another achievement for finishing the dream.
Desmond Memory Sequence #4
The first room consists of a laser grid that moves and blocks your path. Make a path through the center when you get the chance. The lasers don’t disintegrate the blocks. After that make a wedge path up to the next laser grid. This grid has two openings on the right side to go through so pick one to go through. The last laser grid has two openings on the left and right so pick one and make a path.
When you’re through make a wedge path up and then take a left. Go through this room and then into a new laser fenced room. Take the path left then go around the path and make a wedge path over the laser fence and then make a block bridge over the chasm underneath you get to the next laser fence. Fall and do a drop and place a block quickly. There are 3 laser fences that turn on and off down this hole so jump down as soon as they turn off and do a drop and place as soon as you’re past a laser fence.
When you reach the bottom go to the next area and across the bridge. As soon as you reach the other side a barrier will activate not letting you pass and deactivating the bridge. Make wedge blocks over the lasers and circumnavigate the lasers. All you have to do for the last puzzle in this room is make a straight block path across and with the help of the wind you will go down. Press the switch on the other side to bring back the bridge and open the barrier.
The next room has lasers that sway back and forth like a wave. Get to the other side of the room. Go past the lasers and into the last room. Just walk straight through the path. Go through the last door and you’ll get another achievement for finishing the dream.
Desmond Memory Sequence #5
In this room, go into the elevator and push the button. The elevator doesn’t work so create a block and ride it to the top. Be wary of the winds and pass the room. Go across the next few available paths that aren’t blocked off. The next gap has orange barriers make paths around them to reach the other side.
Press the button which opens an elevator on the far side of the room. Make a path around the data blocks and avoid them or you’ll get sent back to the last checkpoint. The next gap has a orange barrier that moves back and forth so make a block path forward when it’s moving away from you and make it to two safe gaps on the right side. When the orange barrier passes you move forward again until you reach the other side.
When you reach the other side, take a left and press the button in the elevator and place a block on the ground and ride it up. Take a right to spot a orange barrier. Make a path through the orange barrier door. Take a left and go across the data river. In the next room go across the orange gate and then take a left. Make a path while avoiding the moving orange barriers. Take a right and go through the door. Get the last achievement for finishing the dream.
