The Japanese version of Deus Ex: Human Revolution which originally was scheduled for Thursday release has been delayed till October. Square Enix announced today that the game contained some expressions that go against Japanese games ratings association CERO.
What could the forbidden material be? Square Enix didn’t provide any other details but it is believed that it was something visual that might be against the religious or social values in Japan. All they could tell was that the changes will take some time so they had to delay the release. Whatever the reason might be, the bottom line is that Japanese fans will have to wait another month before they can play this classic action packed shooter.
