There were rumors that the new studio will be working on a Star wars game but EA has debunked these statements.

“With regards to DICE L.A, they are an extension of DICE Sweden and are working on the same projects across both locations.” Pete Nyugen the PR director of EA told GamesBeat that both teams are focused on BattleField 4.

This arrangement is similar to Ubisoft. It too has multiple teams working on the same game.

What is also worth noting is that all the people who listed DICE LA as their employer on linkedIn have also helped with developing Medal of Honor: WarFighter. However, after the sluggish sale of the last two entries of Medal of Honor as compared to BattleField, EA has set it aside for better use in the future.

Four new maps have been included in the uprising. The names of the maps are titled:

1.Magma
2.Encore
3.Vertigo
4.Studio

Magma is a Japanese oriented map with a volcano on the outskirts of the town, beware of the lava; its everywhere. Encore is in London at an outdoor amphitheater. Vertigo will take players to a futuristic Indian skyscraper and finally Studio is an upgrade to the popular shooting range from the original Call of Duty Black Ops.

But wait. There’s more.

In addition to all these new and updated maps, Uprising also features a zombie mode called The Mob of the Dead starring Ray Liotta(Good Fellas), Chazz Palmiteri(The Sopranos) and Micheal Madson(Reservoir Dogs) in the co-operative four player character role.

The game was initially created by Rovio in 2009. The franchise then grew after the launch of the game and is today a world wide phenomenon. Rovio entertainment division would be financing, producing and developing the movie themselves. They also have the producer of ‘Despicable Me’ John Cohen and Iron Man executive producer David Maishel as producer and executive producer respectively.

Rovio had already revealed that it would bring the game to the silver screen, and confirmed that the animated feature would be released in the summer of 2016.

Sony has high hopes of the title and it has already grabbed the domain names for the sequels. Although the game will not hit stores till June, yet Sony has already planned for the 2nd and 3rd parts of the game.

Video game bloodhound Superannuation found the domains for the Last of Us 2 and The Last of Us 3 online. However, it’s still unclear as to when the domains were registered. I still can’t tell whether the main characters, Joel and Ellie would be able to survive the viral outbreak. But considering Sony, I would bet that it’s definitely a preventive measure signing those domains.

Let’s hope that the game runs parallel to Uncharted, and then we could enjoy as many sequels of the game as Naughty Dog has to offer. As long as the game has a definite ending.

There has also been word that The Last of Us development team is also working on another IP which may be titled as The Order: 1866.

Tread lightly while searching for more details of the game as leaks and spoilers are circulating the internet now.
Will The Last of Us become a franchise or will it be better as a one time experience? We will have to wait and see.

Nexon is their trusted partner who showed them great results in South Korea . The game made it into Open Beta after getting a tremendous response from gamers during Closed Beta. Cevat says with certainty that Nexon won’t fail to impress him in Japan as well.

WarFace reaching Japan is yet another achievement for Nexon and Crytek. It had over 10 million users in Russia, including successful Closed Beta phases. It responses in South Korea as well weren’t anything less than impressive.

With Black Flag trading its (AC3′s) icon American revolution setting for a high-sea pirate bashing, it’s expected that it would not have the charisma to attract fans as much as the one before it. While the CEO Yves Guillemot has confirmed the expected drop in sales of the game, its publisher remains optimistic.

During a conference call Yves Guillemot, while admitting that there will be a drop in sales, he however, did not rule out the possibility that the game would still be a hit among the fans.

“To come back to Assassin’s Creed IV, in our numbers we have…we expect less than last year. “We are actually pushing to achieve more than last year because we think the pirate segment is a great segment that can generate a lot more on a worldwide basis than what was achieved last year. But we wanted to be prudent on our expectations so that it can probably be a bonus if it comes.”

According to Siliconera, the ad opens up with a man standing at the end of a road in a small town. He walks towards the camera and says,”Who are you not to be great? You, with the imagination of a brilliant child and the powers of an ancient god.

He continues to walk towards the camera as noise, explosions, and chaos encompass him, raising his voice, he says, ”Who are you to deny greatness? If you would deny it to yourself, you deny it to the entire world.”

Hopefully we will get to see this greatness at E3 2013 during Sony presentation.

Treasure chests are scattered throughout the game, and you will have to buy all seven maps from shops to reveal the locations of these chests. While some of the chests are in plain sight, most of these chests are carefully hidden or heavily guarded. There are several reasons you should hunt for these treasure chests but mainly because you need money, weapons, items and equipment for upgrades. You will have to lock pick chests found in the cities because they are usually locked. Make sure you have practiced lock-picking enough to unlock the locked chest when you find it.

To save you money and time, we will be adding location maps for these chests for every area/region. Following are the areas/regions you should look for these treasure chests:

Some of these treasure chests are heavily guarded so make sure you have the necessary upgrades to fight the guards before you attempt to retrieve the treasure.

You will find these trinkets mostly locked in chests and difficult to find, but they are worth it since exchanging them for letters from Peg Leg will unlock secondary missions that you can play.

Peg Leg Trinkets aren’t limited to a specific area or region; they are found everywhere. Your quest to find these trinkets will require a bit of exploration. There are total 24 Peg Leg Trinkets you can find in the game, and they are hidden in the following regions:

• Frontier
• Homestead
• New York

You are only required to purchase one map to reveal the locations of these trinkets on the map, which can buy from shops.

After buying the map, every time you enter a new area, you will see these trinkets marked on the map, provided that they are available in that area. If you don’t want to spend money on the map, you can refer to these interactive maps instead.
