PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBGs) Guide

PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBGs) Guide Hub to help you learn everything you need to know about the game, finding loot, & ensuring your survivability until the very end. In PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBGs), around 100 players land from a plane in order to search for weapons, supplies, & shelter. During the search, they come across each other & must fight for their survival.

All this time, an electrical forcefield continues to close in on them that damages everyone caught in it. Players are given the liberty to travel on foot or vehicles in order to evade the forcefield & survive until the end. Eventually, remaining players face off each other in a small safezone where they must fight until their last breath. The team/player at the end secures the win.

How to Become a Better Player in PUBGs

Having a good aim is definitely not enough when it comes to PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBGs). Knowing how different weapons react, which gunfights to take, which weapon to use in particular situations, etc. go a long way & you should definitely consider these things if you wish to become a better player.

In our How to Become a Better Player in PUBGs Guide, we’ve detailed some of these helpful tips that you should definitely help a little. Even if you’ve been playing the game for a long time, I suggest checking the guide as you might learn something new.

Tips & Strategies to Survive in PUBGs

The sole objective of PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBGs) is to survive until the end. Doing so, however, is not easy. There are some general tips & guidelines that you can follow to exponentially increase your chances of surviving, whether you’re playing solo or with a squad.

These tips are fairly simple to follow & you can make them a part of playstyle in order to improve them even more. Things like knowing where to land, how to win gunfights, how to use sound to your advantage, when to heal, etc. should definitely help you improve a lot. You can check out our PUBGs Survival Guide to learn more about these tips.

The Don’t(s) of PUBGs

Where the above sections detail things that you should allow you increase your chances of survivability, you can never hope to achieve if you don’t let go of some bad habits that almost all of us have or used to have. Staying in open areas, playing without a headphone, trying to outrun the forcefield on foot, etc. are things that every PUBGs must avoid.

Even if you’ve a good aim & a general understanding of the game, we suggest that you check out our Don’t(s) of PUBGs to learn more about these bad habits that you need to let go while playing the game.

Vehicles Locations

Vehicles in PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBGs) are arguably the most important things in the game. Not only vehicles are faster as compared to running on foot, they also provide a small amount of protection, which can save your life in some instances. Sometimes, the safezone requires you to travel to the opposite end of the map – incredibly easier with a vehicle.

As a general rule of thumb, I highly suggest grabbing a vehicle as soon as possible. However, for that to happen, you need to find a vehicle first. In our Vehicles Locations Guide, we’ve provided a map that details all the possible locations where you can find a vehicle.

How to Farm Battle Points (BPs) in PUBGs

You need Battle Points (BPs) in the game in order to purchase Pioneer Crates. When opened, the Pioneer Crates provide different cosmetic items to use in the game & even sell at Steam MarketPlace. Each Pioneer Crate costs more than the previous one. For instance, the first crate costs 700 BPs, next one costs 1,400 BPs, so on & so forth.

However, it’s fairly easy to farm these Battle Points in the game. The amount of BPs you earn at the end of a match depends on your end-game rank, the total number of kills, & damage done to enemies. You can check out our Battle Points (BPs) Farming Guide to learn more about it!

PC Tweaks Guide

Since PUBGs is currently in Early Access, you can expect performance issues. While the developers are hard at work in optimizing the game to the best of their abilities, there are some easy-to-follow PUBGs PC Tweaks that you can do yourself in order to give yourself a better gameplay experience.

If you don’t own a high-end PC, you might be struggling to get stable 60 Frames per Second at 1080p resolution. However, with our PUBGs PC Tweaks Guide, you should be able to achieve a balance of decent visual fidelity & performance. The guide also details how to change the in-game FOV, something that players who experience motion sickness while playing the game might appreciate.

PUBGs Best Loadouts

As mentioned earlier, knowing which weapons to use in a particular situation should help you win more gunfights & secure more wins. When it comes to weapons, PUBGs features ARs, SMGs, SRs, Shotguns, HMGs, & melee weapons. On top of these weapons, weapon attachments have the ability to alter the way a weapon behaves.

Whether you like to rush an enemy down or provide cover fire for your squad from a distance, our PUBGs Loadouts Guide has all sorts of loadouts for different scenarios that you may find yourself in. However, it’s important to realize that none of the loadouts mentioned in the guide are set in stone & you should always try to mix things up.

PUBGs Weapons

Continuing on the previous point, if you wish to secure more wins; you need to understand your weapon, how it behaves, & how to best use it. With so many weapons in the game, we suggest getting used to a few of these weapons & sticking to them. Moreover, each weapon in the game supports different types of Weapon Attachments.

In our PUBGs Weapons Guide, we’ve provided a general overview of each & every weapon in the game, their supported attachments, & tips to make the most out of them.

PUBGs Gear & Equipment

Weapons alone are not sufficient to help you survive until the end. In order to ensure your survivability, you need a good understanding of different pieces of equipment & gear found in the game. Equipment found in the game include healing items, weapon attachments, fuel, boosters, etc. You can refer to our PUBGs Equipment Guide for more information!

I also suggest checking out our Best Loot Locations Guide to know about the ideal places where you should consider landing.
