Lawbreakers is coming to PC and PS4 next month and gamers are excited about the game. However, many Switch users are looking to for Nintendo Switch port of the game since the hybrid console is getting a lot of attention from third-party devs. Now the studio has spoken about that hurdles they will possibly face if they decide to bring the game to Switch.

Speaking with Gamingbolt, Lead Designer Dan Nanni talked about Lawbreakers and also discussed the issues that studio will possibly face while bringing the game to Nintendo Switch. According to Nanni, perfecting the control scheme on PS4 for Lawbreakers has been very challenging and Switch has even fewer buttons compared to the PS4 controller.

There’s a possibility for everything and anything in this world. I think the hardest part with the Switch is the controls. Look at the game that we have right now, and we just literally by the skin of our teeth put the entire game and the control pad that the PlayStation has. That means that we could probably make it work for the Xbox One in someway, right? But if you’re looking at the Switch the base controller that’s on the unit, it doesn’t have as many buttons.

Lawbreakers is a first person multiplayer shooter and will be released exclusively for PC and PlayStation 4.
