In our Midna’s Helmet Location Guide, we’ve detailed everything you need to know about finding Midna’s Helmet in Master Trials DLC for the game.

Heading to the Outpost Ruins

The first thing that you need to do is to head over to the Outpost Ruins in Central Hyrule in order to find a journal by Misko the Bandit – as part of the DLC side quest called EX Treasure: Twilight Relic.

Finding Midna’s Helmet

After reading the journal, you need to head over to the drowned Sage Temple Ruins located on the west side of the Giant’s Forest – adjacent to the Regencia River in Central Hyrule. Once there, you need to head over to the far west side of the area, near the river’s edge.

After getting to the area, use your Magnesis Rune to pull out the Treasure Chest labeled with ‘EX’.

As with other DLC items in the game, Midna’s Helmet is also inside a chest with ‘EX’ written on it. Now all that remains is to open up the chest and find the helmet.
