Code Vein Confirmed For Early 2018 Release

Bandai Namco is the publisher behind the widely popular Dark Souls games and Code Vein is an upcoming Dark Souls inspired game from the God Eater developer will also be published by Bandai Namco and the release date for the game has been revealed.

During Microsoft’s E3 press conference it was confirmed that the game will take advantage of Xbox One X and also revealed the release window for Code Vein. The game will launch in early 2018 for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.

In the not too distant future, a mysterious disaster has brought collapse to the world, as we know it. Towering skyscrapers, once symbols of prosperity, are now lifeless graves of humanity’s past pierced by the Thorns of Judgment. At the center of the destruction lies a hidden society of Revenants called Vein. This final stronghold is where the remaining few fight to survive, blessed with Gifts of power in exchange for their memories and a thirst for blood. Give into the bloodlust fully and risk becoming one of the Lost, fiendish ghouls devoid of any remaining humanity.

CODE VEIN is a third-person action RPG that will let players take the role of the Revenants. Bandai Namco is yet to announce the release date and the platforms for which the game is to be released.
