Nvidia GPU Mining System

We recently talked about AMD and Nvidia introducing GPUs that will be aimed at Cryptocurrency mining market and it seems that we have got our first look at the upcoming Nvidia GPU mining system. The system features 8 GP106 GPUs that should be plenty if you are looking to get into this market. Plus if you are already into it, you could buy many of these setups.

The Nvidia GPU mining system features a fanless design and is passively cooled. The GPUs in the system do not have any display ports. Miners will not need any display ports and this is a great option for them. Talking about numbers, you should be able to get 200MH/s when mining Ethereum. This is impressive considering the GPUs add up to about 1000W.

The system comes with a 1600W PSU that will be powering these GPUs. Talking about the CPU, you have an Intel Celeron mobile series processor along with 4GB of DDR4 RAM and a 64GB mSATA SSD. You can install an operating system on the system if you want to. An important thing to note here is that because there are no display ports these GPUs will have no resale value.

If this market does go south then you could be in for a major loss. Plus there is not information regarding the price of the Nvidia GPU mining system. We will let you know more about the system when we have more information to share with you. This information has been provided by Videocardz and you can check out the images of the system here.

We have seen that the RX 580 and RX 570 GPUs are all sold out at major retailers like Amazon and Newegg. This is because of the Cryptocurrency mining craze. Bitcoin is at an all time high but there is no certainty in this market.

Let us know what you think about this Nvidia GPU mining system and whether you are thinking about entering this market.
