Tekken 7 PC: Everything You Need to Know
For the first time in Tekken history the latest installment, Tekken 7, is coming to PC in addition to PlayStation and Xbox. The gaming community on PC is ready to finally get its hands on Namco’s popular fighting game. The PC version is not being neglected by any means and Namco has paid special attention to this highly anticipated title. Of course, the developer does not want to make a bad first impression.
Namco didn’t discuss Tekken 7 PC in great detail so it is hard to find specific information regarding the version. However, we have you covered and compiled everything you need to know about the PC version.
As you know, 4K is all the rage right now and to get the best version you need to drop a massive load of cash. Playing the game at 4K means the best possible version of the title but running it at that resolution with a playable framerate means you need one of the most powerful graphics cards on the market, the GTX 1080Ti. According to the recommended specs for 4K, Nvidia’s GTX 1080 Ti is what you need.
Namco claims that using a GTX 1080Ti is going to hold a constant 60 frames per second on PC. However, GTX 1080Ti is not a part of the general minimum and recommended specs.

While it may take a ton of money to run the game at 4K on PC, it will actually cost a little less to buy the game for this platform. On PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, the game retails for $59.99 which is the standard price of AAA video games. Meanwhile, on PC, the game is $10 cheaper and is available for $49.99.
For $10 less, you are also getting a well-optimized game for PC. Nvidia has cooked up drivers for its hardware that will allow players to run Tekken 7 as smooth as butter. To add to the good news, PC users will be running the game on the same day as console users.
Unlike some other AAA titles, Tekken 7 PC is going to release on the same day as PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions. Tekken 7 is releasing on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on June 2.
The special edition and season pass are also available on PC. Tekken 7 PC will also feature Steam Cards, backgrounds, and emotes. Last but not the least, the PC version will use Denuvo anti-temper tech.
