The Nvidia GTX Battle Box Features CPUs From Intel As Well As AMD
The Nvidia GTX Battle Box is a prebuilt system for both the high-end as well as the mid-range PC users as there are two different versions that you can choose from. Furthermore, you have the option of configuring each version according to what you need. The two variants are the Nvidia GTX Battle Box Ultimate and Nvidia GTX Battle Box Essential.
The main difference between the two is that the ultimate version has a GTX 1080 Ti while the essentials version has the GTX 1060. Besides that, the ultimate version comes with Intel Core i7 CPUs or AMD Ryzen 7 CPUs are the base minimum. You can not opt to go with an i5 if you want the GTX 1080 Ti. That is where the essential comes in.
If you do not need all the power of a core i7 and a GTX 1080 Ti then you can opt for the Nvidia GTX Battle Box Essential which features the GTX 1060 and the minimum CPU that you can opt for is the i5 or AMD Ryzen 5. You get an SDD and Windows 10 in both setups but you do see a difference in memory options. The ultimate comes with 16 GB of RAM as standard and you can opt for more.
On the other hand, the essential only comes with 8 GB of RAM as standard but here again, you can opt for more if you want. Sure you can get all these parts from anywhere in the world but what sets this pre-build system apart from the rest of the competition is the case that the hardware comes in. The case is inspired by the reference design 10 series GPUs.
I doubt that you will be able to get one of these cases without all the insides. This will be a major selling point of the Nvidia GTX Battle Box. Right now we do not have any information regarding the release date or the cost fo the Nvidia GTX Battle Box but we will let you know.
