PlayStation Store offered 10% discount on Prey to PlayStation Plus members. However, during pre-orders, the 10% discount didn’t work for some reason for PlayStation Plus members so Sony is now refunding. According to Sony, the company is looking into the issue and is going to refund the affected players in 3-5 business days.

PlayStation Plus members get a 10% discount on new titles for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3. The membership costs $19.99 for 3 months and $49.99 for a year. Players also get other perks such as PlayStation Plus Free Games Library. Each month players get two free games for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and PlayStation Vita.

Thank you for your recent purchase of Prey. As a PlayStation Plus member, this should have been 10% off. We are correcting the issue and will refund your account within 3-5 business days.

If you are among the ones who bought Prey from PlayStation 4 be sure to check your email.

As I mentioned, PlayStation Plus members get free games and games for this month include titles like Telltale’s Tales from the Borderlands and Thatgamecompany’s relaxing exploration game Abzu, both for the Playstation 4.

Other games include Port Royale 3: Pirates and Merchants, and Blood Knights for the Playstation 3. For the Playstation Vita the games are Laser Disco Defenders, and Type: Rider. However, Abzu is only available for Playstation Plus owners in North America. If you own a Playstation in Europe, instead you’ll get Alienation.
