Death Stranding Is “Going Pretty Well”, Says Hideo Kojima

There is a lot of excitement and hype surrounding the upcoming Death Stranding from Kojima Productions despite very little is known about the game itself. Just recently, it was revealed that the upcoming game is still in early development and it will be some time before we actually get to see it, now Kojima has shared some new details regarding Death Stranding’s development.

As reported by Engadget, during the Tribeca Games Festival Hideo Kojima was asked about the development of Death Stradling to which he replied that it is “going pretty well”. He added that Kojima Productions has “the general plan for the project” and the team is testing various systems for the game. To illustrate the development stage for Death Stranding, Kojima explained that if the game was restaurant then at this stage he would be choosing tables and planning menus.

There has been speculation over the internet that Stefanie Joosten, who played Quiet in Metal Gear Solid V, is involved with the upcoming game. However, Stefanie Joosten can’t say if she is involved ith the game or not.

During the Dutch Comic Con 2017, Stefanie Joosten was present at the event promoting a feature film. During the event, she was asked if the rumor about her involvement in Death Stranding are true and if she is really working with Hideo Kojima. To this Stefanie Joosten replied that “I can’t say anything about that, unfortunately” and the person who asked the question said, “that’s saying enough”.

Death Stranding is an upcoming action-adventure game in development at Kojima Productions exclusively for PlayStation 4.
