As more and more people are getting their Nvidia Titan Xp we are seeing benchmarks hit the internet. Here we are going to be taking a look at some of those benchmarks and checking out how well the Nvidia Titan Xp overclocks.
Nvidia Titan Xp Stock Benchmarks Out Of The Box
First, we need a reference point in order to compare overclocking results so here are the benchmarks of the Nvidia Titan Xp straight out of the box without any tweaking.
Here we can see that the Nvidia Titan Xp scores 21,790 in Fire Strike. This is an impressive number on its own but considering the price that you are paying for the GPU, it is not all that surprising.
Here we have the Time Spy benchmark and the Nvidia Titan Xp manages to score 9955. It is no surprise that the GPU is perfectly capable of running VR games and applications.
Nvidia Titan Xp Overclocked Benchmarks
Overclocking the Nvidia Titan Xp should get us better scores in theory, but how much better? Let’s check out the same benchmarks and see the difference in performance that we get.
Without overclocking we saw that the GPU achieved 21,790 and after overclocking we see a score of 24,937 which is a significant increase in performance.
Taking a look at Time Spy, before overclocking we saw that the GPU was almost at the 10,000 mark but after overclocking we see that the GPU is closer to the 11,000 mark and well beyond the 10,000 mark.
These benchmarks reveal that the Titan Xp has some impressive overclocking headroom. Not that you will need it. It is the single most powerful GPU on the market as of right now. At least for the consumer market that is.
