New Uncharted 4 Multiplayer Expansion Adds New Mode, Weapons, More
Uncharted 4 is going to be approaching a year old soon, and Naughty Dog will be celebrating that with a new Uncharted 4 multiplayer expansion.
The expansion will add a new game mode, new weapons, new costumes, and more, all of which can be enjoyed by Naughty Dog fans on the expansion’s release.
Firstly, we have the ever-class game mode, King of the Hill. In the game mode, two teams will have to take and hold an area to build up points while the other team tries to take it from them.
The capture points will also rotate to switch it up, so that one team can’t dominate it the whole match.
The mode will also include a mechanic called the Victory Hill; when one team reaches the score limit, the losing team will have one more chance to win if they capture Victory Hill before the winning team, and will give them a second chance.
Three new weapons will also come with the Uncharted 4 multiplayer expansion: the INSAS and Type-95 long guns, and a scoped Krivosk-XS pistol.
When it comes to vanity items, players will also be able to get Savage Starlight outfits, from the comic book that’s scattered around the game.
The Uncharted 4 multiplayer expansion will be free to all players when it releases March 17, and what we’ve covered here isn’t even everything that’s going to be in it.
To see more, just log in to the game’s multiplayer when it starts on Friday, and you’ll be able to see what all the additions are to the game.
Uncharted 4’s multiplayer has been praised as a solid addition to a majorly singleplayer-focused game, and the fact that Naughty Dog will be releasing all upcoming content for it for free (such as what they’re doing with this update) will only make it better.
