The Kyoto based company has recently removed the Nintendo Switch dock from the US store because of some persisting issues reported by the users.

However, the dock is again for sale in the US with some changes.

The Nintendo Switch dock is now available at the price of $59.99, and it’s sold without the cables (neither power supply nor HDMI cable). This might not be a problem, considering that many people are buying a second dock as a replacement, so they already have cables and stuff; but it’s always good to have the complete package in the end.

On top of that, the overall price for the complete pack is higher than in the past, as you can see below:

  • Old Dock Pack + Power Supply + HDMI Cable : $89.99
  • New Dock only: $59.99
  • New Power Supply: $29.99
  • New HDMI cable: $7.99

To get the three items together, US consumers will now pay $97.97, an increase of almost $8.

What do you think of this move by Nintendo? Are you going to buy a second Dock? If so, why?

Anyhow, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of The Wild was surely the best launch title for the Nintendo Switch. It’s one of the most successful and appreciated games of the series, and the critics literally love it.

However, people want to play other mainstream franchises on the Switch, but it seems that Overwatch won’t be one of them.

The game’s director Jeff Kaplan has recently shared his thoughts on the console on Reddit, and he has said that it would be hard for the company to port Overwatch to Switch. But they are still open minded about exploring possible platforms.

Nintendo Switch and The Legend of Zelda: Breath of The Wild are now available.
