Daka Tuss shrine in the LoZ: BotW is located in the southwestern marshes of Lanaryu, past the Lanaryu Tower. You should be able to find several Lizalfols and a Guardian in the area.

Upon entering the shrine, you’ll find a pool of water with 3x spheres in it and a boxed receptacle in the left corner. You should also see a metal bowl in the water. You need to use the Magnesis Rune to lift the bowl and scoop up a sphere into the receptacle.
You should also see a similar scene in the next room. To solve the puzzle, grab the bowl from the previous area and scoop up a sphere into the receptacle in the next room. Once done, you need to brush it against the wall and empty the sphere onto the roof of the box followed by letting it fall onto the switch.
This should allow you to find Monk Daka Tuss who will give you the Spirit Orb.
