The Endura Shroom
Endura Shroom is a rare yellowish-orange mushroom. This ingredient can be used for cooking to grant Link stamina boost.

The Endura Shroom can be found in plain sight near big rocks and trees. This mushroom can be found in the Great Plateau and these mushrooms are much rarer than Hylian Shrooms.

The Hearty Truffle
This mushroom can be found up high on trees, stumps or hollowed out trees. Also, these mushroom grant maximum hearts to Link temporarily.

The Hylian Shroom
This mushroom is also a rare one and can restore half a heart for Link. This mushroom can be found in Plains, by rocks, near trees, and forested areas.

The Rushroom
This mushroom grows anywhere and can be found easily, however, it is most commonly found on cliff walls. Cook this mushroom before consuming it to temporarily increase Link’s movement speed.

The Stamella Shroom
This mushroom can be found near trees or on them or by the rocks. This is a green mushroom that grants stamina-restoration but for that you will have to cook it. It restores 1/4 of the stamina bar.

The Sunshroom
This bright red mushroom grants cold resistance and can be found in deserts or other hot climate areas.
