Ethan Korver Is Apparently A Red Dead Redemption 2 Cast Member

Ethan Korver, an actor that has played various voices in games like Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare and Mafia 3, is a Red Dead Redemption 2 cast member.

Ethan Korver, who is better known for his roles in Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare and Mafia 3, is now apparently a Red Dead Redemption 2 cast member. However, it’s only a background role, apparently he’s simply an anonymous cowboy in the background (and he’s uncredited, besides.) He confirmed the role on Twitter.

Ethan Korver has previously played a number of parts in other video games, mainly through background roles and uncredited characters. However, he has played a number of other, more major roles.

He’s played Dolph in Far Cry 4, Harley Max in the 2015 Mad Max game, Eli in State of Decay, and Alexander in Just Cause 2.

While he won’t really be a true Red Dead Redemption 2 cast member, it still means that he’ll be getting vocal work in one of the most highly-anticipated games of the year. Red Dead Redemption 2 was announced back in October of 2016, and will be the sequel to 2010’s smash hit Red Dead Redemption. RDR itself was the latest entry in the Red Dead franchise.

So far Ethan Korver is the only voice revealed in the game. Considering the game is supposed to come out in Fall of this year, it’ll likely be a while before we get much concrete information.

We may get more information on other Red Dead Redemption 2 cast member roles later this year. We can also probably expect to see the game at E3.

Red Dead Redemption 2 will probably have a number of different changes from the original Red Dead Redemption to make it bigger and more immersive, not to mention the graphical improvements that we’re likely going to see after six years of improved graphical technology.

If anyone else comes out as a Red Dead Redemption 2 cast member in the future we’ll likely hear of it, but until then we’ll have to watch closely to see anything else about the game.
