AMD Ryzen 5 1600X, AMD Ryzen 5 1300, CPU Benchmarks Leaked
AMD Ryzen 5 1600X performance figures have leaked and not only do we have benchmarks for the AMD Ryzen 5 1600X, we also have some stats for the little brother AMD Ryzen 5 1300. These were leaked on a Chinese website and do take these numbers with a grain of salt as it is possible that these are not the final numbers that we will be seeing at launch.

AMD Ryzen 5 1600X CPU-Z Score
CPU-Z helps to measure the single threaded and multi-threaded performance of a CPU and here the AMD Ryzen 5 1600X scored 1888 in single-threaded performance benchmarks and 12544 points in multi-threaded performance benchmark. Something interesting to note here is that the clock speed is beyond the base clock, this could be the boost clock of the CPU.
AMD Ryzen 5 1600X Vs Core i5-7600K CPU Performance Comparison
Compared to the Core i5-7600K we see that the AMD Ryzen chip lags behind when it comes to single threaded performance but when it comes to multi-threaded performance AMD Ryzen5 1600X is ahead in the game. When it comes to single threaded performance the Intel CPU scored 2130 and 8206 in the muli-threaded benchmark.
These results are not conclusive but they are great guidelines. This AMD chip is expected to retail for $259 US which is a little but more than the $242 that Intel is selling for. The price difference is not too great to there will be competition amongst the two when the AMD Ryzen chips come out next month.
AMD Ryzen 5 1300 Quad Core CPU, 3.2 GHz base and 3.4 GHZ boost
We also found some information concerning the 4 core AMD Ryzen 5 1300 CPU. It has a base clock of 3.2 GHz and a boost clock of 3.4 GHz.
