Here Is Your New Street Fighter V Character

By   /   Feb 10, 2017

Capcom has revealed today a new Street Fighter V character that’s joining the game’s roster. She’s called Kolin, and she’ll be available starting from February 28, 2017.

She’s not a new entry, as she also was in Street Fighter III. She has a strong connection with Gill and the secret Illuminati organization.

This is the description provided by Capcom:

She works behind the scenes in order to fulfill the Prophecy of Miraha and stop any who dare stand in Gill’s way. She is typically calm and collected, but can (and will) suddenly fly into a rage when anybody threatens Gill and his plans. Spoiler-alert, she resurrects Nash and uses him as a pawn too, showing she will do anything to achieve her goals.

Kolin is an expert of the Russian martial art of Systema and she can use the power of ice to stop or hurt her enemies.

These are some of her moves:

  • V-Skill: Inside Slash is a counter allowing to deflect and punish incoming moves.
  • V-Trigger: Diamond Dust allows her to hit the ground twice, shooting icicles that can freeze the enemy.
  • Critical Art: Frost Tower, if successful, can summon icicles from the ground, throwing the enemy in the air. The opponent will then fall when the ice shatters.

Alongside new Street Fighter V character Kolin, Capcom will bring her story, Premium Battle and Nostalgia costumes.

You can check some images of Kolin and her outfits below. But if you want to know more, just watch the reveal trailer released by Capcom.

Street Fighter V is a fighting game available for PS4, Microsoft Windows and Linux.
