EA’s Peter Moore has confirmed (during a recent interview with Gamereactor) that the company is working on FIFA 18 Switch

According to him, FIFA 18 Switch will release later this year alongside the console versions of the game. It will be a custom experience by the FIFA development team in Vancouver, the guys who have already worked on FIFA WII U.

It will be FIFA 18, and it will obviously be later this year when FIFA 18 comes out. What you have will be a custom built version for the Nintendo Switch from the FIFA development team in Vancouver

Also, EA CEO Andrew Wilson talked about the features that will be included in FIFA 18. He ensured that the game will include once again The Journey mode with new characters and new stories.

FIFA 18 will build on the foundation we created with story mode this year, bringing players back to The Journey with Season 2, featuring new characters and new storylines.

Our development team in Vancouver is delivering deeply innovative new experiences across this year’s game, including an Ultimate Team, and creating the most emotionally immersive and connected FIFA we have ever produced.

If you have been playing FIFA 17, this is the changelog for the latest FIFA 17 update:

Addressed the following in FIFA Ultimate team:

Displaying correct kit on the player in the kit select screen.
Players will no longer be able to set custom player positions in Team Management during gameplay.

Removed Est. Date, Crest and Squad Name from the FUT Champions matchup screen.
Changed the latency bar graphic to give more detail on connection quality.

Addressed the following in Career Mode:

An issue where the current weekly wages from the budget tab do not properly reflect the actual weekly wages.
