There are quite a lot of things that you acquire after the completion of the game. Some of these items get unlocked automatically at the end of the game while others require players to complete the game under special conditions.

For instance, the Walking Shoes which increase your character’s movement speed only unlock if you manage to complete the game in under 4 hours.

Dirty Coin

This is acquired by completing the demo or finding all ghosts.

X-Ray Glasses

This basically improves your character’s vision and is automatically unlocked at the completion of the game.

Albert-01R

This is a powerful weapon which is automatically acquired after you end the game.

Walking Shoes

You need to complete the game in under 4 hours in order to acquire this item. The item basically increases your character’s movement speed.

The Essence of Defense

This is automatically unlocked after the completion of the game and reduces damage when blocking.

The Secrets of Defense

This one is also unlocked after the completion of the game.

Circular Saw

This is a standard saw that is unlocked at the completion of the game.

Achievements/Trophies

There are a couple of Achievements/Trophies which get unlocked after you complete the game. Similar to some items, some Achievements/Trophies only unlock after meet certain conditions.

To get these Achievements/Trophies, you need to:

  • Complete the Game in Under 4 Hours
  • Complete the Game Without Using More than 3 First Aid Bottles
  • Complete the Game after Collecting All Mr. Everywhere Statuettes
  • Complete the Game Without Opening the Item Box More than 3 Times
