Now Xbox head Phil PSencer has revealed that he really wants Call Of Duty Black Ops 2 to be backwards compatible. Spencer posted on Twitter while replying to fan that he cares about the game to become backwards compatible.

@bringbo2back_ @BlackOpsXboxOne Please don't take my lack of response on BO2 as a lack of caring, I really want to see this come to BC.

The original Call Of Duty Black Ops is already backwards compatible on Xbox One along with other Call Of Duty titles including Call of Duty 2, Call of Duty 3, and Call of Duty: World at War.

In related news, Phil Spencer has also said that Xbox One titles this year will be different and new experiences. According to Xbox Spencer, the year will not be led by Halo or Gears Of War games for Xbox One but there will be different and new experiences.

It seems that we will just have to wait for Call Of Duty Black Ops 2 to become backwards compatible, but until then we will just have to take Spencer’s word for it.
