Battlestate Games Announced Extended Alpha For Escape From Tarkov

Developer Battlestate Games has announced that their upcoming game, Escape From Tarkov, will remain in alpha for a little while. The game has been in Alpha since August 2016 and the developers are yet to announce when the game will come out of the Alpha.

The extended Alpha for Escape From Tarkov will also bring some new features for the players to try it out. These features include:

  • A new raid location, the Woods – wide open spaces, dense forest vegetation, entirely new tactics and game experience
  • Weapon failure and repair system
  • Ability to create groups for going into raids together
  • Improved game physics
  • Additional performance optimization and fixes for existing issues

Those who are looking to try out the game’s Alpha can pre-order it, as the developers have revealed that those who will pre-order the game will have 75% chance to getting into the alpha.

Escape From Tarkov is a first-person story-driven MMO set in the fictional Norvinsk region. The game is in development at Battlestate Games and no release date has been announced for it.
