There is a huge community of people that jailbreak their Apple devices and while there are risks there are rewards as well. We have seen that the iOS 10 platform can be jailbroken but no one who has been able to pull it off released the tools for the general public. That has changed now as the iOS 10.1.1 jailbreak for iPhone 7, 6s, iPad Pro has been released for everyone to download.

The iOS 10.1.1 jailbreak is called yalu + mach_portal and as of right now it is in the Beta phase but you can still use it if you feel like it. There is a possibility of bugs a the moment so if you are not familiar with jailbreaking then it would be wise to hold off the process for now and wait for the final version to come out. I am sure that you have waited a long time, so you can wait a bit longer as well.
This iOS 10.1.1 jailbreak is not for all devices at the moment and it can be performed for the following:
- iPhone 7 / 7 Plus running iOS 10.1 /iOS 10.1.1
- iPhone 6s / 6s Plus
- iPad Pro running any version of iOS 10.x
As we get closer to a final version the iOS 10.1.1 jailbreak will support more devices so no need to be disappointed so soon. Too bad that you can no longer downgrade from the latest update and you are pretty much stuck. Good news for those who were not in a hurry to update their devices, though. They will be able to take advantage of the iOS 10.1.1 jailbreak.
If you are still on the previous version then you can download the iOS 10.1.1 jailbreak IPA file from here. The process will be fairly simple as it always is. Let us know how it works out for you and whether or not you come by some issue.
