Latest Mafia 3 Update Brings Races, Car Customization And New Outfits

Hangar 13 has released a new free Mafia 3 update that brings Races, car customizations for your in-game vehicles and more.

To unlock all the customization options, players are required to win 12 races across New Bordeaux six circuit laps and six point-to-point races. Once all the races have been won and all the customizations have been unlocked the players get a new car, Griffin Marauder, and this is the only way to get this car.

Customization options included with this latest Mafia 3 update are decals, exhausts, spoilers, superchargers and wheels which offer a total of 50 customizations. In addition to car customization, this mafia 3 update also brings new outfits for Lincoln to wear.

These new outfits include Bad, Bad Mr. Burke and On the Prowl. There is also a third outfit, Classico, which can only be unlocked by linking your My2K account. Linking the account will also unlock a new gun called Il Duca which is a custom revolver.

The developers have also announced they have new content for Mafia 3 lined up for early next year. This new content will include more customization options and the ability to further ” enhance the performance of the cars in your fleet”.

Mafia 3 is one of the biggest game launches of this year as the game has sold almost 4.5 million units in its first week. 2K’s parent company, Take Two Interactive, revealed during its earnings call that Mafia 3 is the fastest selling game in the history of 2K Games. Not only this, the Mafia 3 surpassed the game franchises such as NBA 2K, Borderlands and Bioshock franchise.

Mafia 3 is an open-world action adventure game developed by Hangar 13 for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
