By   /   Dec 7, 2016

Hitman Season 1 has completed but that does not mean IO Interactive and Square Enix are done with the game. Square Enix has announced Hitman Holiday Hoarders, a brand new mission that will be available next week.

Square Enix has revealed a new mission for the game that will be available on December 13 and just in time for Holiday season. Hitman Holiday Hoarders will take place in Paris and as you can see in the trailer it has been overhauled with Christmas trees, snow, decorations, and presents.

The trailer showcases Agent 47 dressed in different disguises but the most interesting one is the Santa clause disguise.

Hitman Holiday Hoarders is free for all players as a holiday gift from the developers. Also, “mission will be released in support of World Cancer Research Fund and we are asking players to give what they can via www.wcrf-uk.org/hitman”.

Recently, IO Interactive production director Hakan Abrak confirmed Hitman Season 2. According to Abrak, Hitman Season 2 will be arriving with new locations and cities along with more free content like Elusive Targets and Escalation Missions.

Player progress from Hitman Season 1 will be carried over to season 2 along with unlocked weapons and gears.

Hitman Season 1 is also available for PlayStation 4 Pro with overall enhanced resolution, improved reflective surfaces, and more detailed lighting effects.

Also, the developers recently released update 1.7.0 that added an offline profile to the game. Now players can access everything they unlocked during the online play in offline mode.

IO Interactive have also announced the physical version for Hitman season one, Hitman: Steelbook Edition. The physical version will release on January 31, 2017, and will contain all episodes from season one.

Hitman is an action-stealth video game developed by IO Interactive for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
