Nioh PlayStation 4 Pro Images Give Us A Closer Looks At Yokai

Gamers are looking forward towards the upcoming action game, Nioh, from developer Team Ninja. Now the developers have released new images of Nioh running on PlayStation 4 Pro.

These images of Nioh give us a closer look at the game’s bosses and different enemy type that players will encounter throughout their journey. Check out the images below.

Recently, game director Fumihiko Yasuda revealed that Nioh will be around 70 hours long or could be more if players want to put in more time to find better equipment or XP.

He further went into detail about the game’s story and said that the game’s story takes inspiration from the life of William Adams and also adds a number of fantasy and historical elements.

While the game will support the Sony’s upgraded console, PlayStation 4 Pro, the game will feature three different display modes.

HD TV

  • Movie Mode: Stable 1920×1080 resolution with high quality anti-aliasing at 30fps
  • Action Mode: Stable 1920×1080 resolution at 60fps

4K TV

  • Movie Mode: Stable 3840×2160 resolution at 30fps
  • Action Mode: Stable 1920×1080 resolution at 60fps

PlayStation 4 Standard Options

  • Movie Mode: Focuses on resolution over frame rate, providing beautiful high resolution graphics with stable 30fps
  • Action Mode: Emphasis is on frame rate, providing a stable 60fps
  • Movie Mode with Variable frame rate: Provides high resolution graphics with a variable frame rate that may go over 30fps.

Nioh is an action RPG in development at Team Ninja and will launch on February 9, 2017 exclusively for PlayStation 4. The game follows a man named William who has come to Japan in pursuit of his enemy and finds his path between him and his enemy blocked by ghosts and demons.
