THQ Nordic was confirmed to be supporting Nintendo Switch back when the console was first revealed. Now the company has revealed that it is developing two games for Nintendo Switch.

Speaking with NintendoEveryThing, THQ Nordic’s Business & Product Development Director, Reinhard Pollice confirmed that the company has two games in development for Nintendo Switch.

However, no specific details were revealed about these games but there is a possibility that one of these games could be the third Darksiders game from the company as Darksiders franchise is well known among the game community.

Other key franchises owned by THQ Nordic are Deadly Creatures, Legend of Kay, and Destroy All Humans. So there is a chance that one these games will be available for the console. There could be a possibility that the devs might be developing something new entirely.

Hopefully, these games will be revealed during the Nintendo Switch Presentation that will take place in January.

Recently, Stardew Valley creator Eric Barone revealed that Stardew Valley will not be releasing for Wii U instead it will launch for Nintendo Switch.

Stardew Valley will not be coming to the Wii U, however. Looking at Wii U and the current gaming landscape, we made the difficult choice to shift our development efforts to creating a version for Nintendo Switch.

During the recent Gamestop’s earnings briefing, CEO Paul Raines revealed that he has used the console and was very impressed by it. According to Raines, he played the console a few weeks ago and believes that this console can be a game changer for Nintendo.

Nintendo Switch is scheduled to launch in March 2017 but no specific release date or price has been announced for by Nintendo.
