According to Titanfall 2 stats, more than 114 million titans were dropped, players traveled a total distance of 146M km, the most popular Titan is the “Tone” followed by “Ion” and “Legion”.

Furthermore, R-201 Carbine is the weapon with the most kills followed by CAR and Hemlock, players deployed 154 million grapple hooks and the most popular game mode is Attrition with 304 million kills followed by Bounty Hunt with $4.4 billion stolen and Amped Hardpoint with 15 million hardpoints amped.

It seems that free-to-play games’ market is Asia is going very strong as Titanfall online is now available in the region via the Korean company, Nexon, and is co-operating with Respawn Entertainment and EA.

Nexon is a regional expert on the free-to-play games, so the company was a logical choice for the game being re-developed in a manner like this.

This free-to-play version of Titanfall game is based on the first Titanfall that launched exclusively for PC and Xbox One in 2014. However, considering it is a free-to-play version the developers might update the game with new Titan classes and weapons as it continues on.

While Titanfall 2 did not sold as expected but Respawn CEO Vince Zampella stated that he would love to tell more stories about the game’s universe.

We don’t know yet. The game is, critically, a huge success. We’re really happy with all the reviews and the positive sentiment. Sales, it’s too early to tell. We’d definitely like to tell more of the story and the universe. I think it’s pretty safe to assume that we’ll explore more of it.
