Not All Alien Races From Previous Games Will Make It To Mass Effect Andromeda
Mass Effect games are known for their compelling storytelling, characters, diversity in alien races and more. While there are a lot of alien races in the Mass Effect universe but not all of them will making the jump to Mass Effect Andromeda.
Bioware has confirmed that not all the alien races in the Milky Way will be making the jump to Andromeda but also clarified that they might show up in the sequels.
We’ve designed the IP in such a way that they can all show-up. For hopefully obvious reasons, they’re not all going to show up in the first game.
Since the reveal of the game, Bioware has been revealing new details about the game. Recently, producer Mike Gamble and game director Mac Walters revealed new details about the game’s side activities, bosses and more.
Gamble revealed that on every planet there will be a hostile force that has to be disbanded. Walters added that these bases are quite big and players are required to be prepared before they go marching in and dismantling these bases is not going to be a walk in the park.
These bases are pretty lengthy to take out, so if you approach one, you want to be prepared before you into it. It’s fun, because there’s a combination of systemic and scripted stuff in there. If you tip off too many enemies, the alarms start going off and you have to shut them off. And there’s usually narrative tied around it.
Also, EA has revealed te pre-oder bonuses and deluxe editions for the game. Those who pre-order Mass Effect Andromeda regardless of the edition will receive these bonuses.
Mass Effect Andromeda is an action RPG in development at Bioware and will launch in March 2017 for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
