Battlefield 1 PC Is Having Serious Crash Issues And EA Has No Fix
Battlefield 1 PC is having major crashing issues and EA has no fix for the problem. There are over 300 pages of complaint about the same issues of Battlefield 1 PC and not a single response from EA.
According to fans, the game is crashing due to a DirectX function error. The issue remains even after the latest Nvidia driver update, which means they haven’t made any improvements at all.
EA has responded 4-5 times to fan complaints and each response was similar to the other. EA, on a number of occasions, stated that it is looking into the problem with DX11 and DX12 crashes. The latest response was:
We believe we have isolated a few of the DX issues in this thread and are working on fixes for those to be included in future patches.
We continue to work with our partners to solve these problems.
Battlefield 1 is one of the best shooters to release this year but once again EA DICE launched a product that had game breaking bugs inside. The problem is nowhere as bad as Battlefield 4 but still, a notable part of the Battlefield 1 PC community is suffering.
EA has released a major Fall update for Battlefield 1 and more updates will arrive in the near future. Hopefully, and as EA stated, a fix for this issue will be provided to Battlefield players.
Battlefield 1 DX function error fix can come from AMD, Nvidia, as well as EA DICE. Let’s see who becomes the first one to provide us with a problem solving update.
Battlefield 1 is available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC. You can pick it up from PlayStation Network, Xbox Marketplace, or EA Origin for PC.
