Yakuza 6 Gameplay Footage Showcases The Streets Of Kamurocho And Different Activities
As the launch of Yakuza 6 is getting closer Sega has been revealing new details and footage of the game. This time Sega has revealed some new Yakuza 6 gameplay footage.
The Yakuza 6 gameplay comes from the live stream that Sega recently held to celebrate a month until the release of Yakuza 6. During the event, Sega showcased over 40 minutes of Yakuza 6 gameplay. As you can see in the video above the game’s visuals are just breathtakingly beautiful.
Yakuza series is not only known for its great story telling and characters but also for the activities that players can enjoy when they are not focusing on the main story. Judging from the footage Yakuza 6 is going to raise the bar for the series.
In this Yakuza 6 gameplay footage, we see Kiryu walking in the streets of Kamurocho. We see Kiryu walk around town where he’ll fight some thugs, check out restaurants, lift some weights for training, sing some karaoke, and even play some Puyo.
Yakuza 6 is not the only Yakuza game in development, as Yakuza 0 is set to arrive in January 2017. Recently, Sega revealed a gameplay video for Yakuza 0, showcasing the fan favorite Goro Majima. The gameplay showcases Majima as a manager of a night club and one his customers is misbehaving.
Sega CCO, Nagoshi-sans, recently revealed that Yakuza 6 will sum up the story of Kazuma Kiryu.
The final chapter in the legend of Kazuma Kiryu’ is a huge theme within (Yakuza 6). This was another big influence on my decision to make this game a PlayStation 4 exclusive. Since this is a large juncture in the story of Kazuma Kiryu, I wanted it to have more beautiful graphics and the ultimate quality to set the stage for it.
Yakuza 6 will launch in December 2016 exclusively for PlayStation 4.
