Tomb Raider Playstation 4 Pro Features Won’t Require A 4K TV
Rise of the Tomb Raider might be one of the games that’s going to be on the Playstation 4 Pro, but you don’t need a 4K TV to enjoy all of the Tomb Raider Playstation 4 Pro features that would normally require one for any other game, because it’s got three different graphics options.
These three options allow you to play the game in three different ways, and only one of them would require you buying a 4K TV. A 4K TV is normally seen as an essential for having a console as high-end as the Playstation 4 Pro, which allows players to play their games in 4K, but with the Tomb Raider Playstation 4 Pro features, you have the option of choosing to play the game in 4K resolution, with an improved framerate, or enhanced visuals.
A number of different games can be played on the Playstation 4 with their Pro features without a 4K TV being required, but there are a lot of others where that’s a necessity if you want to play games to the console’s fullest potential.
Crystal Dynamics, however, seems to be aware that a lot of people still don’t own 4K TVs, and have instead allowed the Tomb Raider Playstation 4 Pro features to be kind for people that still just have 1080p TVs.
Considering how good the game already looks even on a standard TV, one can only imagine what 4K imaging or enhanced visuals would make the game look like. A graphics comparison video has already been posted to the internet that showed how the game’s look improved between a Playstation 4 Pro and other consoles, so if you’ve been planning to buy a Playstation 4 Pro (and can afford it), give the video a watch to see how much better the game looks for you.
The Playstation 4 Pro will be releasing later this month.
