Battlefield 1 Medic Class Guide to help you keep your teammates alive and maintain vehicles in the game.

Medic Class in the game has some important responsibilities to fulfill. First of all, as a Medic, you need to make sure that you are keeping your allied players healed up. In addition to this, Medics are also required to look after vehicles – sounds weird, I know!

In order to repair a vehicle, you need to be inside a vehicle – the position does not matter. Coming to weapons, Medics are equipped with semi-automatic rifles which work well at medium range, but no on CQC and long-range.

In Battlefield 1, downed teammates can call their Medics which sends a distress signal to all nearby Medics. It is important that Medics respond to this call and get to the downed teammates as fast as possible!

Our Battlefield 1 Medic Class Guide details everything you need to know about playing as Medic Class in Battlefield 1.

  • Medical Syringe

The medic is able to carry two Bandage pouches at a time that is capable of providing 12.5 HP. Make sure you drop them for your allies and yourself when needed. The best way to get the most out of a Bandage Pouch is to throw it behind cover so that you or your allies avoid fire when healing.

Medical Crates serve the same purpose but at a much faster rate.

Bringing back your allies from the dead was done with a defibrillator in Battlefield 4 but you don’t have access to that technology in Battlefield 1.

Hence, the addition of a Syringe which can not only be used to revive your allies but kill an enemy. Don’t try to use this during CQC combat but sneak up from behind and you’ll find it very handy.

Meanwhile, the Rifle Grenade is pretty self-explanatory and should only be used when up against a vehicle or a camper who just won’t quit!

Last but not the least we have Grenade HE which has a larger blast radius and should be used to target a handful of enemies inside a house or building.

Battlefield 1 Medic Class Tips and Strategies

When it comes to reviving in Battlefield 1, you need to be smart with your revives in the game. At times, enemies will try to lure you out. To counter such a situation, you need to make sure to switch to your weapon, see that the area is clear and then head in for a revive.

Another thing that you need to keep in mind is that do not fish for kills as your top priority. Your team has Assault Class and Scout Class to rack up kills; your job is to make sure that they get it. In addition to Support Class, Medic is another class which needs to be active at all times. You need to constantly throw bandages, complete revives, and have your team push forward!

You need to understand that you cannot revive everyone in the game. You need to make sure that you are with your squad most of the times, check your six before moving in, and keep your teammates healthy.

When engaging the enemy, it is best to keep your distance and not get up close to other classes, especially, Assault class. At the same time, this class is effective against Assualt and Support but at mid rage. Assualt and Support weapons have accuracy isssues and aren’t easy to aim to Medics can be effective.

Aiming with Medic weapons is slightly difficult due to lack of recoil. It is best that you keep practicing to perfect the art to make sure every shot counts and deals damage.

The best when to go about this is to aim the chest and when you feel that your aim steady enough, try going for the headshots when possible. Try to avoid encounters with snipers but if you happen to catch one off guard, well, put a bullet in his head.
