Capcom presented the game as a tech demo for something called “Kitchen.” It was actually Resident Evil 7. The VR demo showed last year was considered by many as the scariest thing they have ever played. It is safe to say that Resident Evil developers took notice of the feedback given by the community and have worked hard to bring the series back with a bang, after the very disappointing Resident Evil 6.

The scary Resident Evil 7 Kitchen demo will be released on October 13 for PlayStation 4. Keep in mind that the demo is handcrafted for PlayStation VR so you’ll need the headset to play.

There are units available at different retailers right now. The final release date for PlayStation VR is set for October 13, so we only have a few days to go before we can jump in.
