Injustice 2 Singleplayer Will Be Different “Stucture-Wise”, Might Feature Co-op Too
Injsutice 2 is shaping up to be a quite a spectacular fighting game, while the release date for the game is yet to be revealed the hype for the game is increasing. NetherRealm Studios is obviously trying its best to bring out the best game possible, and now the developer has revealed that Injustice 2 might feature co-op mode.

Speaking with Gamereactor, Brian Goodman, who is one of the team members behind the game, discussed the possibilities of branching storylines and more. While he did not confirm that Injustice 2 will feature branching storyline, but he hinted that structure wise the game is different to players would want to go through it second time.
Stucture-wise, it’s going to be a little bit different. There’s going to be definitely an opportunity to go through the story mode, and we’re definitely going to leave them wanting to go through it perhaps a second time.
While it is a given that Injustice 2 will feature a singleplayer mode, but according to Goodman, the game could also feature co-operative and multiplayer modes.
We’re going to have a number of single-player modes; we’re really trying to round out our offerings for people who enjoy our games as single players. Of course, a whole suite of online modes as well, both competitive and potentially some co-operative modes as well.
Recently, NetherRealm Studios addressed fans concerns over Injustie 2 gear system.
The Injustice 2 gear system is designed to help with players with customization of characters, however, many fans are worried that it will lead to unbalanced competitive play, as players might have some more powerful gear than others, leading to players with inferior loot being unable to catch up.
Injustice 2 is in development at NetherRealm Studios and is scheduled to launch sometime in 2017 for Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
