Ready at Dawn is Looking into HDR Support for its Next Game
Ready at Dawn, the developer behind The Order 1886, is currently working on a new project called Deformers. The game is a colorful multiplayer brawlers which is unlike anything this studio has worked on before.
The game will release for multiple platforms including PS4, PS4 Pro, and Xbox One S. However, will it benefit from PS4 Pro and Xbox One S HDR features?
According to Ready at Dawn, they studio is “investigating” the possibility. Of course, the game is in early development so we such features can’t be properly discussed.
But considering Ready at Dawn’s long standing relationship with Sony, it would not be surprising to see deformers getting special treatment for PS4 Pro at least.

Ready at Dawn has already confirmed that there aren’t any plans to bring HDR to The Order 1886. It is a disappointment because The Order 1886 is already a gorgeous looking game and HDR would have taken things to the next level.
HDR is a feature that allows players to experience better color vibrancy and lighting in-game. Many current games will be patched to support this feature on PS4 Pro and PS4. Sony has already shared a list of current and upcoming games that would support HDR, unfortunately, The Order 1886 won’t be one of them.
Some of the games that will support this feature are Uncharted 4, The Last of Us: Remastered, Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, Mass Effect, Andromeda Watch Dogs 2, Spider Man PS4, Ghost Recon: Wildlands, Death Stranding and more.
More about Deformers will be shared in the coming months.
