Tekken 7 Receives a New Trailer at Tokyo Game Show 2016
Bandai Namco Entertainment released a new trailer for the upcoming Tekken 7 at Tokyo Game Show 2016.
The trailer is sort of a montage and shows different fighters battling out each other. There is also cinematics showing Heihachi confronting Kazuya and the encounter between Akuma and Heihachi.
Tekken 7 TGS 2016 Trailer Released
One of the things that I absolutely love about the new Tekken is the seamless transition between cut-scenes into battles – as noticeable in the trailer attached above.
I would have loved to see Miguel, but there is still no sign of him in Tekken 7 in addition to a few other fan-favorite characters from earlier iterations e.g. Armor King, Eddy, Bruce Irvin, etc. – although Josie Rizal is widely considered to be Bruce re-skin.
In relevant Tekken news, Bandai Namco released a handful of screenshots from the game showing the highly impressive visual fidelity. Fancy a look? Head over to the post!
Moreover, those of you who would like to rekt their friends as soon as the game outs out next year, we have a character tier-list by the best pro players in Japan including AO – used to be known for his Alisa in Tekken 6 and TTT2 – Rage and Tsubbumi. To see what these pro players recommend, head over to the link.
Tekken 7 is scheduled to release sometime during Early 2017 for Playstation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Valve’s Steam – the very first Tekken game to release on PC ever.
