Free DLC For Battlefield 4

Every piece of Battlefield 4 DLC is now undergoing their last hurrah as EA and DICE have put them up for free on the Playstation 3, Playstation 4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One consoles, only a few weeks before Battlefield 1, the next game in the series, is slated to release in October.

The Battlefield 4 DLC offer includes every multiplayer expansion that the game has had put out for it in the last few years since its (disastrous) release in 2013. So that means you’ll be able to play China Rising, Second Assault, Naval Strike, Dragon’s Teeth, and Final Stand, all for free.

This could be especially helpful if you’re looking to get a few more games of Battlefield 4 multiplayer in before Battlefield 1 comes out, or if you don’t like Battlefield 1 you can always come back and have plenty of maps waiting for you.

There’s been no indication of whether or not the DLC offer will include PC platforms, but DICE will likely announce it in the next few days if it is, or never if it isn’t.

Of course, this is likely also just a way to try and get their fans ready for Battlefield 1, especially since it’ll already have DLC of its own in the works when it comes out (infamously including the fact that France and Russia, two major belligerents of the First World War, since they’re not included in the base game.)

Each of the Battlefield 4 DLC packs includes a variety of new maps, new weapons, and customization options for your virtual soldier as China, Russia, and the United States all battle one another for supremacy across a number of different maps across the world, including everywhere from Shanghai in China to an abandoned Soviet tank factory.

Battlefield 1 will be coming out on October 21 and just finished its multiplayer beta a short time ago, so if you’ve been wanting some Battlefield 4 DLC but haven’t been able to afford it, now’s your chance to get it and play it some before Battlefield 1 comes out.
