BO3 Zombies Revelations Apothicon Servant Upgrade Guide

Pack-a-Punch the Apothicon Servant to do insane damage.

Originally introduced in Shadows of Evil, the Apothicon Servant essentially creates a portal that sucks in and destroys all nearby zombies – kind of like the Gersch Device. In Black Ops 3 Zombies Revelations, you first need to acquire the weapon out of a Mystery Box – it cannot be built like in Shadows of Evil.

Once you’ve gotten your hands on the Apothicon Servant, you can start upgrading it via a PaP to make it one of the most dangerous weapons in Call of Duty Black Ops 3 Zombies Revelations.

FYI

Only one player can have the Apothicon Servant at a time, but you can make a trade table to solve the problem.

How to get the Apothicon Servant

Acquiring and upgrading the Apothicon Servant, a.k.a Estulla Estoth, is a straightforward task, but it can take a considerable bit of time. All you have to do is open a Mystery Box to get the wonder weapon. When it comes to upgrading the gun though, you may have a bit of trouble.

How to upgrade the Apothicon Servant in BO3 Zombies Revelations

In order to begin, you must activate all x4 Corruption Engines and unlock the Pack-a-Punch. You can check out Pack-a-Punch Location Guide to learn how to do it.

Once you have unlocked the PaP, you need to shoot a total of x5 blue crystals in the sky using the Apothicon Servant. The locations of these crystals are:

  • Der Eisendrache – Near the Ritual Area (Corruption Engine)
  • Mob of the Dead – Near the Ritual Area
  • Nacht der Untoten – On the Left Side of Apothicon Creature
  • Verruckt – Near the Ritual Area, on the Right Side
  • Verruckt – Near the Jump Pad on the Upper Side

TIP

The blue crystals blend in very well with the surrounding atmosphere and can be hard to find. We recommend looking up at the sky while moving to shoot anything that is standing still.

Once you are done with all x5 blue crystals, head over to Pack-a-Punch Machine and notice the blue dots all around it! Now it is a simple matter of inserting the Apothicon Servant into the Pack-a-Punch and getting it upgraded!

FYI

If you can’t find the last crystal above the MOTD, then you probably hit it whilst firing from the Verruckt to the MOTD launch pad without realizing it.

When the Apothicon Servant is upgraded, it receives a new name – the Estoom-oth – and obtains a purple appearance rather than a red one in BO3 Zombies.
