Battlefield 1 Xbox One Features A Field Of View Slider?
Since this console generation has started, the upgraded consoles have enabled developers to bring new features to consoles games. While its nothing new that developers add a couple of display settings in console games, DICE has included FOV slider for Battlefield 1 Xbox One version.
While a FOV slider in Battlefield 1 Xbox One is not a significant display setting, but it does help players to adjust how they want to play the game.
For those who don’t knoe FOV slider allows players to adjust the extent of the view able world at given moment. In a game like Battlefield 1 FOV slider will play an important role as players will be able to spot enemies relatively easy with FOV set on maximum.
In related news, Battlefield 1 beta is about to start, and those who have signed up for the early access have started to receive their beta invitations. EA is sending out codes for Battlefield 1 Open beta to those who signed up for EA’s Insider Program before August 21.
Electronic Arts has also detailed the Battlefield 1 premium pass, which will grant early access to new expansions and content. The Battlefield 1 Premium pass will grant access to new multiplayer maps, four digital expansions, and a range of new weapons, dog tags, and skins. Also those who purchase the Battlefield 1 premium pas will have access to the contents 2 weeks before everyone else.
DICE’s Robert Sammelin recently revealed that DICE is taking some historical liberties in Battlefield 1. The reason for this decision is that Battlefield 1 is first and foremost a game designed for the enjoyment of players. He also said that DICE has done its best to remain true to the World War 1 without compromising on the fun part.
Battlefield 1 is scheduled to release on October 21, 2016 for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
