Destiny Rise Of Iron Raid Won’t Be As Difficult As King’s Fall
Bungie has already released three raids for Destiny, Crota’s End, Vault of Glass and King’s Fall, and the developer is gearing up to release another Raid with Destiny Rise Of Iron expansion.
The most recent raid, King’s Fall, is considered to be the most demanding raid of all. Each party member has a role to play, and even a slight slip from one party member could end up in a disaster. So fans of the game are concerned that new raid would also be difficult.
Wrath of Machine is the new raid that Bungie is bringing for the fans with Destiny Rise Of Iron expansion. However, Bungie has clarified that Wrath of machine raid will not be as technical as the King’s Fall.
Speaking with Game Informer, Bungie’s lead raid designer Gavin Irby said that the new raid will be hard, but it will mostly depend upon player’s light level. He further added that In King’s Fall if players are leveling up, the difficulty never never lowers, and this won’t be the case with the new one.
It’s hard. It’s largely a function of what your light level is versus the raid. King’s Fall has this property of where even if you’re over-leveling the mechanics don’t get easier so it still maintains this high difficulty, which at the time we felt was a virtue because people specifically wanted it and had been asking for it, and I think maybe now the community might be ready for something a little different that they can actually overlevel and get some mastery over.
In related news, Bungie has revealed new weapons that will arrive with Destiny Rise Of Iron expansion. Bungie will be adding new legendary weapons to Vanguard, Crucible and Faction Quartermaster’s inventories along with new exotic weapons.
Destiny Rise Of Iron Expansion is scheduled to release on September 20 for Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
