Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare Zombies Mode Will Take Place in an Amusement Park
Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare zombies mode has just been revealed and will be a bit of a departure from its usual tone. Rather than taking place in a grittier, more darker setting, the new map will take place in an 80s amusement park.
The map, called “Zombies in Spaceland,” will have a collection of games and rides like many other amusement parks but like every other map it will also be crawling with zombies. The “story” of the Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare zombies mode is similar to other zombie modes; four actors will be arriving to audition at a theater, but must contend with the undead.
All of these actors are divided into stereotypes, with the jock, the valley girl, the nerd, and the rapper. Featuring the voices of talented actors like Seth Green, Ike Barinholtz, Jay Pharoah, and Sasheer Zamata. Each of these actors are comedy veterans, so hopefully Zombies in Spaceland will help to come back to the campy stupidity that zombies has become known for.
In addition to the other actors, the DLC will also have a Spaceland DJ, played by Baywatch’s David Hasselhoff.
If you pre-order Infinite Warfare, you’ll also be getting a number of cool additions to the Infinite Warfare zombies mode. The “Zombies in Spaceland Pack” will include a number of digital bonuses, including a unique weapon camo and aiming reticule, an animated zombies Playercard, and you’ll also receive the reimagined Terminus bonus multiplayer map.
Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare will be releasing on November 4, so you’ve still got a few months to debate over whether or not you want to pre-order the game to get the Infinite Warfare zombies mode. Don’t wait too long, though; the release date will be here before you know it. In the meantime, you can take a look at the trailer.
