Destiny: Rise of Iron is Moving the Iron Banner to Felwinter Peak
Destiny: Rise of Iron features a new social hub called Felwinter peak. It is not a replacement for the Tower but is the home of the Iron Lords. At the beginning of Rise of Iron players will go through a sequence to take Felwinter peak back to make it a social hub.
Felwinter is a place which the Iron Lords used to watch over all of the cosmic realm. Once you take back Felwinter from The Fallen, you will have complete access.
Keeping its history in mind it seems appropriate to move the Iron Banner from the Tower to Felwinter and that is exactly what Bungie has done. The Iron Banner is back home and players will now be coming to Felwinter for the Iron Banner related activities.
Within this new space, there are many secrets to be discovered, according to Bungie.
Destiny: Rise of Iron is the final expansion pack Bungie’s shooter and it release soon. It’s coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One and skipping last-gen consoles – PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
It is the final expansion pack before Destiny 2 starts appearing and taking shape over the internet. Bungie is expected to reveal its next game in 2017 and rumor has it that Destiny 2 might also make it to PC. A recent report mentioned that majority of Bungie is working on Destiny 2 and will release the game next year.
The first game skipped PC which didn’t sit well with the PC gaming community.
