GTA 5 Cunning Stunts DLC Adds Crazy Upgrades To Races

new gta 5 updates

As if races in Grand Theft Auto 5 weren’t crazy enough already, the new GTA 5 Cunning Stunts DLC has added a lot of new crazy things to use when Grand Theft Auto players are making races. This is something of a change from previous updates in the game, which have mainly focused around making your own trafficking business.

The new track pieces available in the GTA 5 Cunning Stunts DLC are also actual roads, unlike previous races where players have had to get creative with ramps and cargo containers in order to put out various racetracks that go into the sky.

The new track pieces include things like loops, tubes, and launch pads to send race participants every which way, and even has various races that are designed for specific vehicles, such as motorcycles and cars of all kinds. Players will now also have motocross gear and helmets, though they won’t really help you if you plummet to your doom from hundreds of feet in the air.

New super cars and other vehicles have also been added, including different varieties of monster truck (so you’re not stuck with the Liberator anymore). Unfortunately, the DLC pack is another part of Rockstar’s plan to get GTA players to move on from the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3, as this pack won’t be coming to last-gen consoles.

The GTA 5 Cunning Stunts DLC will be coming out next Tuesday, July 12, so we don’t have very long to wait until it comes out and we can take part in the nutty races that will be coming out with it.

And that’s not even getting into how chaotic they may be in the GTA Races variant, where players can use various weapons and powerups to mess with their opponents. Considering the DLC’s trailer already has fans blowing up cars and other vehicles exploding form landing wrong on jumps, it’ll likely be chaos.
