Dark Souls 3 Player Completes the Game Without Taking a Single Hit, Bows, Shields, and Glitches
A Dark Souls 3 player has completed the entire game without taking a single hit with a couple of self-imposed conditions.
Dark Souls 3 is a hard game; maybe not as hard as the original Dark Souls or Demon Souls, but fairly hard nonetheless. However, the difficulty does not prevent a few players from challenging themselves and perform impressive feats.
Earlier this year, The_Happy_Hobbit completed the original Dark Souls without taking a single hit. Upon learning of this, creator of the series Hidetaki Miyazaki said that he did not believe the player who said that he completed the game without receiving a single hit and proclaimed it as an elaborate rumor.
Now a couple of months after TheyHappyyHobbit challenge, we have another player who has achieved the same thing in Dark Souls 3. Faraaz Khan took on the game with self-imposed conditions such as no shield, no ranged weapons, no savequits, no magic, and no glitches.
He eventually did it in about 2 hours and 25 minutes. You can check out the entire Twitch stream attached below and share your impressions with us in the comments!
A few of the things to note here is that Khan did not tackle every enemy in the game. You will see him sneak past enemies, distract them using an Alluring Skull, roll to avoid damage and directly proceed to the next area. Still the feat is highly impressive and as someone still playing the game on NG+++, I can tell how hard it must be.
In addition to this, Khan has also said that he would like to beat every boss in the game without taking any damage. Of course, there are a few optional bosses in Dark Souls 3 that can be avoided i.e. The Nameless King, Old Demon King, Champion Gundyr, and others. There are a few YouTubers who have achieved the same.
Dark Souls 3 is now available on PC, Xbox One, and Playstation 4.
