Uncharted 4 Singleplayer DLC In Development, But Naughty Dog Can’t Share Any Specifics
Uncharted 4 singleplayer DLC is in development, and it marks the first time in the franchise that a Uncharted game is getting a singleplayer DLC.
Speaking in a live stream event a naughty Dog developer said that it will be some time before they share some specifics about Uncharted 4 singleplayer DLC.
Naughty Dog explained that the work on Uncharted 4 singleplayer DLC did not even begin until the release of Uncharted 4 A Thief’s End, and it is going to be a while when developers discuss its contents and release it. Naughty Dog said that players will know as soon as they are able to give them more info.
Recently a new report emerged on the internet suggesting that Uncharted 4 A Thief’s End was a smash hit in digital sales. The report comes form SuperData Research, which is an intelligence firm, the report suggests that Uncharted 4 made over $56 million in may alone. According to the report this revenue was made alone from Uncharted 4’s digital sales and micro-transactions.
Uncharted 4 is the last last entry in the Nathan Drake’s story of treasure hunting. The game takes players from Panama to Africa to Madagascar, as Nathan and his brother Sam Drake are chased the whole way by Rafe Adler.
Given the fact that micro-transactions were counted in the digital revenue, speaks volumes about Uncharted 4’s replay-ability of its multiplayer, where players can play as many as series characters, use totems and more.
Naughty Dog also noted during the live-stream that they would like add split-screen to the Uncharted 4’s multiplayer. However, it is a really tough feature that that naughty Dog can’t promise will ever be released. But the devs said that its on their mind, and will give their best.
