The sales of Nintendo 3DS have been declining in the recent years and that has primarily been attributed to the increased usage of mobile games. However, with things like Pokemon Sun and Moon Edition New Nintendo 3DS, Nintendo is definitely going to get a boost upwards.

Yesterday’s biggest news with regards to the twin games did not end with just the new Pokemon named Yungoos. Not one but two special editions of the LL handheld have also been announced!

There’s a Pikachu Themed Pokemon Sun and Moon Edition New Nintendo 3DS You Must Have!

We have shared with you images showing off the New Nintendo 3DS editions. As you can see, one of them is a pitch black colored handheld themed with the two legendary Pokemon that the games are going to have i.e. Solgaleo and Lunaala.

The other one is for those of you who wish to remain loyal to the more iconic Pokemon in the franchise with its yellow color and a very likable designing with good old Pikachu.

No matter which one you decide to buy, they are going to cost you 20,304 Yen each.

If I had to choose, to buy two of them, honestly I would buy the Pikachu themed New Nintendo 3DS LL twice – but then again, those are opinions.

Other than the themed Pokemon Sun and Moon Edition New Nintendo 3DS, Nintendo has also revealed the double pack for the twin games, which is going to cost you 10,757 Yen. You get a code for 100 monster ball redemption with this.

A couple of hours ago, the latest Nintendo Treehouse Livestream had shared the third information dump on the games which includes Pokemon Pikapek and Grubbin, a new game mode called Battle Royale, as well as other details on changes that have been made to the game.
